If you are unsatisfied with a product at anytime please contact us at info@cardinaltackle.com and we will work to make it right.

While we are sure you will love our rigs, we know that sometimes people change their minds. Cancel your order prior to notification of shipping for a full-refund.

Once your product has shipped, contact us within 30 days of shipping at (732) 285-5115 or by e-mail (info@cardinaltackle.com) to arrange the return of unused products and a refund of the purchase price. Buyer pays return shipping for a change of heart or unneeded products, we will cover or have you keep the items if there is a defect or an error on our end.

Cardinal Tackle reserves the right to change its refund procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
